News:

Hi all - Welcome back for the second time this month!

I apologize for the inconvenience of the site being offline. The site was down for technical reasons, but it didn't help that I was of offline for two weeks (camping and travel). Once I got back, it took a while to get things sorted out. That's resolved, and the site is now back up. Huzzah!

Please take a minute and read the Site News thread I've posted in the General section, and feel free to comment. Thanks!

Yeah, sorry.  This forum isn't super active.  It seems that most people with these trucks only come to forums for help, so unless it's already been documented, or one of the regulars have used it, you may not find the answers you need.

If you buy it though, review it here for the next guy.   Wink

I've been looking at this as well. I'm not super mechanically minded (which is why I usually come here for help and not to give my advice) but if I end up getting one of these in the coming weeks, I will be happy to review it and put in my 2 cents. I am getting ready to have the stock turbo swapped out on my 87 runner and I'm wondering if my exhaust manifold is cracked as well. If so, I'll likely end up purchasing one of these.

swerks, Please do post your opinions on manifold when you get a chance. I almost bought one a few months ago when I was having issues getting my stock manifold to seal. I finally had a machine mill all of the mating surfaces flat and that did the trick.
