Disconnect the EGR pipe from where it connects to the back of the plenum.  Take the gasket and trace it onto a sheet of aluminum plate and cut out an aluminum gasket, just don't drill out the large center hole.  Re-install the EGR with the new aluminum"gasket"   Looks like it is still stock, but no EGR function:)
